Delivery/Exchange/Returns

UK Delivery Cost                                                                                                                                                                                                       Postage and packing is the current Royal Mail rate for its ‘Signed For’ Service and a signature is required at the destination address, safeguarding your delivery once it has been despatched from our warehouse. A tracking number can be used to track a delivery if it becomes overdue. Packages are weighed and where a number of pairs of shoes are being despatched together the appropriate postage rate will be calculated.

UK Delivery Time                                                                                                                                                                                                     Shoes are despatched by 2nd class post unless otherwise requested. Delivery timescale is generally 3-5 working days although much depends upon local delivery arrangements particularly in rural areas. A card is left by Royal Mail if you are not at home, requesting you to call the local Royal Mail office to arrange an alternative delivery date.

EU/Rest of the World Cost                                                                                                                                                                          Postage and packing to Europe  is weight-dependent. Rest of the World rates vary from Zone 1 Canada/Japan, Zone 2 Australia/New Zealand, Zone 3 USA. Delivery is made by Royal Mail 'International Signed For' Service and a signature is required at the destination address, safeguarding your delivery once it has been despatched from our warehouse. A tracking number can be used to track a delivery if it becomes overdue. Packages are weighed and where a number of pairs of shoes are being despatched together the appropriate postage rate will be calculated and you will be notified of the additional charge by e-mail.

EU/Rest of the World Delivery Time                                                                                                                                                                     Delivery timescale is - generarally 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days for USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand, although much depends upon local delivery arrangements in each country over which we have no control.         

Packaging

All James Senior Dance Shoes are despatched in a plastic bag and a free cotton storage bag is provided, securely wrapped in a waterproof postage bag.

Return/refund policy

A Returns/Exchange slip is enclosed with every package. We are happy to accept shoes for refund/exchange within 28 days of purchase, without question, provided the shoes are returned in an unworn/unused condition. Where a refund is requested outwith this period, up to a maximum of 60 days, a credit note will be issued minus an applicable admin charge per pair, following prior discussion with us. Thereafter no returns will be accepted. Please retain your invoice details to indicate proof of purchase.

Many customers who are unsure of their size often purchase  additional pairs to be sent for comparison and then return the unwanted/unused pair to us. Provided the shoes are returned in perfect condition an immediate refund for the cost of the shoes is issed back to the original payment card. In these circumstances the cost of returning the shoes is the customer's responsibility, a small price to pay to ensure a good fitting shoe.

When returning shoes the items are the customer's responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a tracking system when returning shoes to us as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Customers returning shoes from overseas should please indicate ‘RETURNS’ with a 0 value on the Customs Form.
